Learning from the penalty case: Singapore Personal Data Protection Act and counter-measures
On June 3, E-Jan International, Mamoru Singapore and Kyocera Communication Systems Singapore will be hosting a free mini-seminar titled 'Learning from the Penalty Case: the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act and Counter-measures'.
On 16 April, 2016, a penalty case was issued for the first time in Singapore by the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC). This seminar will analyze the public information related to the case, and upon gaining an understanding of the circumstances, will introduce counter-measures to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
