• Year-end holiday: 28 December, 2017 (Thursday) to 3 January 2018 (Wednesday) JST

Regular E-Jan International operations will resume 4 January 2018 (Thursday.)

The e-Jan Global Helpdesk and Live Monitoring Service will also be unavailable during the above dates.
