As the New Year approaches, E-Jan International would like to remind you that the CACHATTO Support center and the trial helpdesk will be unavailable during the holidays during on these following dates:
28 December, 2015 (Monday) – 4 January, 2016 (Monday)
Operations will resume on 5 January, 2016 (Tuesday).
If you are have a scheduled maintenance, power cuts, etc. on your CACHATTO server between the dates of Saturday, December 26th and Monday, January 4th and would like to suspend your Live Monitoring Service, please contact us through the CACHATTO Support Site send a CACHATTO Server Live Monitoring Suspension request.
